Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GLP Companion (“we”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect sensitive health-related information, and we treat it accordingly: we minimise what we store, and we never sell it.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address and first name.
• Health & wellness inputs you provide: your GLP-1 medication and stage, weight figures, goal weight, activity level, concerns, and weekly check-in answers (appetite, cravings, protein, training, energy).
• Usage: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the product is used, to improve it.

How we use it

• To compute your Regain Risk Score and generate your wellness plan and check-ins.
• To send transactional email (your results and weekly check-in reminders) and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data or share your health inputs with advertisers.

Where your data lives

Account and health inputs are stored in our database provider (Supabase) with row-level security so your records are only accessible to you. Email is delivered by our email provider. AI-assisted explanations are generated by our AI provider using only the inputs needed to produce them; those inputs are not used to train third-party models.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or export your data by contacting us.
• Delete your account and associated records at any time.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential email with one click.

Data retention & security

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete it. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
