By using GLP Companion (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

1. What the Service is

GLP Companion is general wellness and educational software covering nutrition, resistance training, and habits, plus an independent navigation layer that helps you find legitimate sources, products, and services across the GLP-1 journey. It is not a medical service, a pharmacy, or a prescriber, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any guidance on medication dose or taper schedule. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information; your Score and plan are only as good as your inputs.
• Consult your physician before changing your medication, diet, or exercise.
• Keep your account credentials secure and don't share your account.

4. What's free, what's paid & refunds

• The core is free: the Regain Risk Assessment, tracking, weekly check-in, and your maintenance plan.

• Prices for our own paid products may change with notice; changes never affect a purchase you've already made.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its scoring methodology are owned by GLP Companion. Your plan and data are yours; we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own wellness.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP Companion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of general wellness guidance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
